Guests are expected to follow our house rules and can be asked to leave the premises if they cause issues by not following our rules.

• Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes not allowed inside the properties, only allowed in the designated terrace area.
• Commercial photography and filming not allowed
• Quiet hours 00:00 - 08:00
• Check-in window 16:00 - 21:00
• Checkout time 11:00
• Keep all the farm gates closed. This is for the safety of yourselves and our animals.
• The only people allowed in the houses are the people that are renting.
• Upon checkout, please ensure you have taken all your rubbish to the bins on the entrance road.
